Looking for a last-minute Valentine’s Day gift for a teacher or co-worker?

Although I can’t supply the jar or candy for you, I did makes these Valentine’s Day tags that are ready for you to print, hole punch and attach to a little somethin’ to show someone how much they mean to you!

I happen to have a stash of Frappaccino bottles on hand for just a time as this, so I filled a couple up with conversation hearts (ice cream flavored ones, no less!), used this handy trick to cover the lids and attached a tag.

Simple and easy but still very “sweet”!

One thing I’m doing is tracking my progress using the Streaks iPhone app. I check off each day I go without dessert. The visual reminder of how well I’m doing (or not doing) is so motivating. Plus, once I get going on a long streak of no desserts, it makes me think twice about breaking it and having to work my way up to a long streak all over again.

Thank you for sharing Brandy’s post from my site, Mandi! :) I think she is a wealth of wisdom when it comes to living a sugar-free lifestyle! :)

I’m a little late to the challenge, but I’m in!! Thank you so much for compiling all these great resources!! Just celebrated my little one’s first birthday too, so of course I ate WAY too many sweets and junk and I’m feeling it…looking forward to feeling better :)
